VistaCare Health Services, Inc. began serving Memphis and surrounding areas in 1999.   Even then the company focused on maintaining a sense of service, which later became a key element of VistaCare’s mission.   Tom Webb, CEO, strived to turn his vision of providing quality products and compassionate service into a reality.  His goal was to show consumers that exceptional service would be a standard. Today, Mr. Webb and his team continue to show customers that substandard service is not an option.

Our products are guaranteed. In the haste to provide a service, the fact that people are involved is often overlooked. Everyone's situation is different. Patient Rights

Whether it is a piece of equipment or a supply item, the client has a number of rights. You have the right to have your health information protected. You have the right to be fully informed in advance of the right to participate in your care or service. If it is an item of equipment, you will be asked if you want the item. You have the right to be informed if the service is experimental. You will be informed of the costs. You can return the item or have it repaired if necessary. Your property will be treated with respect. Clients have the right to privacy and confidentiality. You can file a complaint or register a grievance without fear of reprisal or discrimination by contacting VistaCare at 901-373-8831 or the State Attorney General at 901-545-9000. Your complaints will be investigated and handled promptly. You have the right to be free of mental or physical abuse. If VistaCare suspects abuse, it must be, and will be reported to Adult Protective Services (888-277-8366) or Child Protective Services (877-237-0004) within five (5) business days.
