VistaCare Health Services, Inc. began serving Memphis and surrounding areas in 1999. Even then the company focused on maintaining a sense of service, which later became a key element of VistaCare’s mission. Tom Webb, CEO, strived to turn his vision of providing quality products and compassionate service into a reality. His goal was to show consumers that exceptional service would be a standard. Today, Mr. Webb and his team continue to show customers that substandard service is not an option.

Expect no hidden charges and know that all of our products are guaranteed. We also value compassion. Everyone’s situation is different so we will take the time to understand your particular needs and help you make informed purchasing decisions. Finally, we value patient rights. When VistaCare provides a piece of equipment, the patient or customer has a number of rights. Meanwhile, VistaCare has a number of responsibilities.
